The earth diet encourages weight loss. One should practice natural and holistic lifestyle. A person should learn how to prepare their own meal and appreciate the food you prepare. There doesn't seem to be a mention on portions in the book. E.g how many raw chocolate balls is it reasonable to consume without expecting to gain weight.
